The location to sea world was a plus for the price we paid for the room. Although it would not be classified as a four or five star hotel, if you are just looking for some place to sleep after a full day of activities, this will serve that purpose.
It would have been great for the AC to be turned on prior to our arrival. A non-skid mat or surface needs to be put in the bathtub to prevent falls. Extreme caution has to be used at this time due to the slick surface and soft water.
Clean pool and decent rooms, but they don't clean the drawers. Management staff helpful. Located right next to gas station.
If anyone slips a few minutes past checkout time, the manager hassles the guest. We watched him hassle a couple at checkout time, really frazzles the woman. He even threatened to charge parking fee for every thirty minutes past when the ads for the place clearly state that parking is free there. Hardly anyone was in the parking lot at the time. Management should be friendly the whole time, not just when booking/checking in.
Excellent service but hotel housekeeping lady had their kida while cleaning rhe rooms and could bearly understand front desk lady cause the are from another county.
Looks very 70's look and alot is outdated but good for the price and way out of downtown.
The suite was spacious and the agent was fairly friendly, although he was balancing being on the phone because they were overbooked while talking to me.
Got this at a great deal but I got what I paid for. I booked for a single room and got the suite. It ended up being right above where people check in so you hear the bell that goes off EACH and EVERY time the door opens as well as the conversation between the agent and the customers...ALL night. It was a generally loud location. You could hear the freeway and any loud cars that traveled along the strip beside it. Needless to say, I got very little sleep. Also, the advertisement lists that they provide breakfast. It was literally coffee, orange juice (no choice of juice), and packaged muffins that you can purchase at a gas station--say, the one that's right next to it?
There was nothing about this property that was likable.
The lack of internet, the dirty room to the misrepresentation of the room on this site. As the site clearly shows a double the room happened to be a single. The location of this property is not a safe area for those traveling with children. Of all my travels throughout the US and abroad this has to be the most pathetic place I've stayed at..........never again!
We were overcharged by 25 dollars bed sheets had cigarette burns in them bed was pretty dusty and ac was not cooling the room breakfast was garbage
Location and price
Didn't give my request for extra bed.
Nothing because when arrive the clerk was veryrude he changes more money and the hotel is very poor on customer service they need more training
Nothing the front desk clerk was very rude the rooms was smell nasty bathroom have alot hair everywhere sheets not changed i never stay
Old door and electric plug outlet
Minus the baby cockroaches in the bathroom, and the hair on the pillow case, the room was more or less clean.
Cockroaches in the bathroom, the old television barely worked, the mattress should have been replaced a decade ago, the "breakfast" was almost non existent on the second day, didn't get it on the first day, and on the third day there was no milk for cereal and only enough waffle batter to make almost 1/2 of one waffle. No juice or hot water for tea (we don't drink coffee, not that there was any coffee either). I asked someone who worked there if they could get more milk, and after waiting 15 minutes, I gave up and went back to my room. We were going to stay a couple more days but decided 3 days was 3 too many. Upon other negative issues, this was our second time staying at this motel, and it will be our last. Back to the Baymont next San Antonio visit.
That I didn't spend my money here
When I arrived 20 minutes after booking he said he gave it to someone else
The room was clean. The bathroom seemed to have been remodeled which was great! Talking about marble-like. Tv channels good too. Can walk right next door to a gas station if you need to buy any drinks. Convenient. Asked for non smoking, and it was fair enough.
Towels were not so good. Clean but old. Bring your own towels. Pool was a little smaller than imagined, but decent.
We we got the room was not ready left sitting in the waiting area for a long time and after 2 hours they gave me the room it smelled horrible and the ac didn't work very good breakfast was not offered and the room was not that clean no toilet paper
Large screen tv, fluffy bed, clean room.
I wish they offered fruit for breakfast.
Smelled like stale cigarette in our room
